BRUSSEL SPROUT CHIP RECIPE:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix the leaves, ghee (or avocado oil), and salt together in a large bowl.
Line two large baking trays with parchment. Divide the leaves evenly in a single layer on each tray.
Bake each tray for 8-10 minutes or until crispy and brown around the edges.
Happy New Year I just finished last nights brussel sprouts. The crispy parts right out of the oven are so good. I even oven roasted broccoli for the first time the other day and that was real good too.

Happy New Year Tom!! It’s been a fewwww years since I’ve had poutine. Your hand cramp/spasm could be a sign of low calcium, low magnesium, dehydration or possibly a form of arthritis creeping in. Walking is actually a great way to lose weight ( it’s low impact cardio and isn’t damaging to the joints), but to increase your caloric burn while walking, you could wear a weighted vest or ankle/wrist weights (they’ll help tone your muscles as well). After watching this video, it made me realize how thankful I am that you made this channel (love these videos). Don’t worry about the critics or any criticism because you’re perfect the way you are. How did you make your gravy? I just added canned beef broth and salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce to the roux.
@@morpheusasmr6096 LOL i bought the cheap 90¢ brown gravy packet with water. 🧐 I will have to try your method next time, also I used mozzarella balls as my local market does not carry cheese curds. Still tasted tasty 😋

For some reason I thought there was an l in poutine. I just changed it. I've been wanting to try this combo but wondered where to find cheese curds. Is this a morning dish that you would have with eggs or just anytime? Happy New Year
@@morpheusasmr6096 we typically eat it as a dinner or a lunch thing, but eating it any time of the day is totally fine because it's irresistible 💯
@@morpheusasmr6096 fresh cheese curds right out of the dairy farm is the best. Salted or unsalted.
The best cheese curds ive eaten is from a well known cheese maker called Fromage Boivin here in quebec. The fresher the better of course.

If you're not crazy about the curds, do a Jersey Diner version of them (they're called Disco Fries)and use Mozz or whatever cheese you do like. The point is fries, a gravy and a cheese 😊
