A romantic moment with Ben watching the sun rise. 😁 That was really pretty, thanks for that! It's a bummer that first big building is in that location, I think some of the best views in town are right there. All of those mountains surrounding that area, it's gorgeous!

Could you explain the Styrofoam panels. I would assume they are a roofing component but structurally they seem incomplete. Very interesting project and thanks for keeping us in the loop, its fun to see the progress on all your projects! Like @brian173 I'm amazed at the growth of the bluffs and the town in general. I left Mammoth in 1983.

The Bluff wasn't developed _AT_ all when I lived there many moons ago; back when we lived there the population of Mammoth Lakes was about 800 people. I'm just blown away at the view from up there and it explains why all those multi-million dollar homes are going up there.

What is that large building for? Is that your building or are you building it for someone else?

Damn, those builders @ratio6:06 thoser are some hard Americans worker, no BS! they get straight to work, don't look like union workers, they take way to many breaks, I manager those type of employees a 125 of them never lost a hearing when I had fire some of them. I retired now. Documentation are very important when managering union employees.

I saw mostly Latinos at the metal building. You're never too old to work on your writing skills.
