All of Naruto's history hints that the two would eventually end up together (including parallels and symbolism), too many clues had been left behind to lead one to believe otherwise. Real development, gradual evolution of feelings, many moments together and for what in the end? nothing, all thrown away due to stupid fanservice and idolatry towards a secondary character. Naruto's feelings mocked as a silly rivalry with Sasuke, Sakura's development as a character regressed to the last to a 12-year-old fangirl grappling with her first teenage crushes, sending totally wrong moral messages. The end of Naruto will always remain one of the biggest disappointments in the history of anime, I don't care about canon couples (they can live on novels and idealized loves) for me the only real couple will always be Naruto and Sakura
I would like that to be the case, but after the whole Sea Pirate incident in Boruto where they had the whole point of Naruto character in Shippuden now completely erase by haven Boruto end the cycle of hatred, after that I lost all faith.
Honestly these two remind me so much of Aang and Katara from Avatar the Last Airbender but if they had actually gotten together in the end. Naruto is wind and Sakura is water, each needing each other to live, together they make a whole. I truly don’t understand how they don’t get together in the end. I want to punch something every time I think about it. I’ve never seen Boruto but based off of what people have said, Naruto and Sakura are not happy with their spouses. To be honest I have nothing against either Narusaku pairing or HinaNaru I just since the beginning of Naruto kinda could easily see Naruto and Sakura working as a relationship and I mean it’s clear af Naruto was always there for Sakura when did sauske ever show care for Sakura until wayyyyy late any normal girl would have stopped caring and paid attention to the one always on her side. And also with Hinata hinata is awsome I just feel that she was mostly a side character for a long time then they just slid her in there but if Naru and Saku did happen I don’t know where that would leave Hinata

I really don't think so, love maybe patient but not that patient, I hate how they had Hinata use Naruto as a crutch to escape her family problems, if she just got over him I know she would have been a great and strong leader of the Hyuga clan, with her being on par with Itachi and Shisui, that's a future I saw in her even after her defeat by Neji's hands, Naruto only had three possible outcomes because of his never give up never back down attitude besides becoming Hokage of course, either ending up with Sakura (NaruSaku), end up with Sasuke (NaruSasu) or stay single and train the next generation of genin, though I would have loved for him to do that either way, him ending up with Hinata the way he did goes against everything that made Naruto who he is, and as for Sakura, I hate to blame my boy but it was definitely Naruto's fault that he fan the flames of Sakura's crush on Sasuke, I don't know if Sakura will ever realize that it was Naruto pretending to be Sasuke she fell in love with, instead of it being the real Sasuke, because that was the whole point of her character development, from being a school girl crushing on Mr. popular to being a strong Kunoichi who finally ends up with the right man AKA Naruto, also let me tell you one more thing, NaruHina was just used for a plot device to continue the story of the Otsutsuki, nothing more to continue the story to Boruto and ignoring the prophecy of Jiraiya, making it look like that Naruto would be the student that brings ruin to the world, (so if I would Hazard a guess, I think Minato was the child of prophecy and the decision was to tell him the prophecy the old Kronos story, trying to prevent something you know is going to happen will make sure it happens) because if Naruto did end up with Sakura then there would be no need to continue the story and no need for Boruto.
Stupid comment I have ever seen. I agree that Naruto could have ended with Sakura if not hinata, but connecting him with Sasuke or living alone is just Stupid enough. After spending childhood without family, he definitely deserves to have a family. There is no doubt about that. Although Narouto did not get that much screen time with Hinata, the love Hinata had for Narouto can not be denied. En el manga original de Kishimoto no es así en solo que el estudio exagero y le puso golpes sin sentido y a Hinata unos senos que no tenía en el manga y una pelea super extensa con pain cuando en el manga solo duró unos segundo ya que su discurso duró más, y en Sasuke si se notaba más sus expresiones cuando estaba en el equipo 7 de niño y el cariño que sentía hacia sus compañeros pero cuando lo pasaron a pantalla el estudio quitó eso viéndolo más frío y distante con ellos. Por eso nadie entendé el cariño de Naruto hacia Sasuke poniendo los como gays y no cómo amor de hermanos Y por otra parte a Sakura como obsesionada por alguien que nunca le dio entrada a su relación, cuando en el manga se ve como Sasuke se pone rojo cuando ella se le acerca o le hace insinuaciones de que le gusta o celoso de cuando se le acercan otros chicos, ya que los estudió de animación omitieron eso y se ve a Sasuke distante de ella y supera frío.

I really don't think so, love maybe patient but not that patient, I hate how they had Hinata use Naruto as a crutch to escape her family problems, if she just got over him I know she would have been a great and strong leader of the Hyuga clan, with her being on par with Itachi and Shisui, that's a future I saw in her even after her defeat by Neji's hands, Naruto only had three possible outcomes because of his never give up never back down attitude besides becoming Hokage of course, either ending up with Sakura (NaruSaku), end up with Sasuke (NaruSasu) or stay single and train the next generation of genin, though I would have loved for him to do that either way, him ending up with Hinata the way he did goes against everything that made Naruto who he is, and as for Sakura, I hate to blame my boy but it was definitely Naruto's fault that he fan the flames of Sakura's crush on Sasuke, I don't know if Sakura will ever realize that it was Naruto pretending to be Sasuke she fell in love with, instead of it being the real Sasuke, because that was the whole point of her character development, from being a school girl crushing on Mr. popular to being a strong Kunoichi who finally ends up with the right man AKA Naruto, also let me tell you one more thing, NaruHina was just used for a plot device to continue the story of the Otsutsuki, nothing more to continue the story to Boruto and ignoring the prophecy of Jiraiya, making it look like that Naruto would be the student that brings ruin to the world, (so if I would Hazard a guess, I think Minato was the child of prophecy and the decision was to tell him the prophecy the old Kronos story, trying to prevent something you know is going to happen will make sure it happens) because if Naruto did end up with Sakura then there would be no need to continue the story and no need for Boruto.

Stupid comment I have ever seen. I agree that Naruto could have ended with Sakura if not hinata, but connecting him with Sasuke or living alone is just Stupid enough. After spending childhood without family, he definitely deserves to have a family. There is no doubt about that. Although Narouto did not get that much screen time with Hinata, the love Hinata had for Narouto can not be denied. There is a saying you should marry the person who loves you, but not the person that you love.This is why although Narouto had a clear affection towards Sakura, considering Sakura 's behavior towards Narouto, I am happy that Narouto got Hinata. Even when Narouto did stupid things, Hinata never put him down. She was the only person who loved her when everyone in konoha regarded him nine tail beast or imbeciles. Even Sakura said lots of bad things about him in the beginning of the series. During the attack of pain, Hinata did the right thing. Given that her love for Naruto, it would be selfish if she had not even tried to save him. As for Sasuke, he is more like a mixer of brother and friend and enemy to Narouto. En el manga original de Kishimoto no es así en solo que el estudio exagero y le puso golpes sin sentido y a Hinata unos senos que no tenía en el manga y una pelea super extensa con pain cuando en el manga solo duró unos segundo ya que su discurso duró más, y en Sasuke si se notaba más sus expresiones cuando estaba en el equipo 7 de niño y el cariño que sentía hacia sus compañeros pero cuando lo pasaron a pantalla el estudio quitó eso viéndolo más frío y distante con ellos.
Por eso nadie entendé el cariño de Naruto hacia Sasuke poniendo los como gays y no cómo amor de hermanos Y por otra parte a Sakura como obsesionada por alguien que nunca le dio entrada a su relación, cuando en el manga se ve como Sasuke se pone rojo cuando ella se le acerca o le hace insinuaciones de que le gusta o celoso de cuando se le acercan otros chicos, ya que los estudió de animación omitieron eso y se ve a Sasuke distante de ella y supera frío.
