Kishimoto never resorted to cliches in his stories that is why you have to be sensible enough to know the clues he has been laying on since the beginning of the manga. It has always been QUALITY over quantity with Naruto and Hinata compared to the Naruto and Sakura interactions. If you were observant enough, you would know that right from the start Hinata was introduced, she and Naruto would be "the endgame." Sakura was just there, according to Kishimoto, "to spice things up." If you fell for the trap, sorry, but you have to move on and accept that NaruSaku is NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN. :)

Let's face it, NaruSaku was there the whole time while NaruHina was there only at that Pain battle (which didn't last long and Naruto forgetting about Hinata later) and that part in the war (which also didn't last long AND Naruto forgetting about her again). Result? The main guy ends up with a girl he didn't have much connection with and gets a movie with her as if he always loved her.... WTF??? MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT! BTW LOVE THIS AMV!! NARUSAKU 4LIFE!!

Tbh… If Kishi wanted Naruto to be with Hinata from the start then he should've had them be together more. More development if you know what I mean. Instead, Kishi hinted NaruSaku so many times bc of their development and all that. After he made the ending so many people got mad because he put Naruto with Hinata which made no sense whatsoever and NaruSaku was hinted sooooo many times. I can understand why the fans got really mad. Then Kishi makes an hour and a half movie with all NaruHina moments since they didn't have enough. Tbh, this made no sense. I'd rather have Naruto be hokage in the ending without any pairings. That way, no one would really get mad.
The thing is though, Kishimoto never intended to write NaruHina. He wrote it last minute which is why Sasuke and Naruto were OOC, Sakura's character development was ruined, Naruto and Sasuke's bond was torn apart, and why they had to make a movie explaining how Naruto fell in love with Hinata (funny because Hinata had to put him in a gen jutsu just for him to love her).
jthach7 One more thing, the movie wasn't his idea. It was Studio Pierrot's idea, they are biased against Sakura, but love Hinata. You aren't the only one who was disappointed with the ending. Japanese fans (mainly), NaruSaku fans, SasuNaru fans, SasuKarin fans, Western fans, NaruHina and SasuSaku fans too, Team Taka fans, and just normal fans.
-CONTAINS SPOILER- Really? Wow… I got really disappointed too on the new episode. Where Sakura was about to save Naruto when he lost Kurama using CPR. Studio Pierrot made Sakura and Karin soooo ugly and made Hinata as beautiful as ever… This was both Sakura and Karins big moment and SP just had to ruin it. In the manga, Sakura and Karin looked much much better and were both beautiful. However, In the anime their faces were demented and didn't look like the one in the manga AT ALL.
The fandom was also pissed off with that as well! A lot of tumblr posts were made about that and people even went as far as redrawing the scenes. I agree, that was Sakura's and Karin's most important moments and they messed up! Oh, but lets make Hinata-sama look amazing when she trips! They have been making Hinata look perfect ever since the Pain arc. If you ever look back to when she fought him, you'll notice that her hair, face, and clothes were way too detailed. The only thing that SP seems to care about is Hinata. If they mess up the actual CPR scene or the scene where Sakura punches Kaguya...I will be beyond pissed

I would have probably wanted Naruto and Hinata to happen but there are just so many Naruto and Sakura romantic moments and they spend almost all their time together so Naruto and Sakura just makes more sense.

I may be obsessed with Sasusaku doujinshis, but canon moments between this two destroy Sasusaku and Naruhina. Still, I think that their bond is based more in friendship than anything else. For me, there's no more precious thing that a friend that's always been there for you.
As much as I love Hinata (and probably she is the one who'll be with Naruto at the end and that's kinda alright but) I really think that Sakura would be way more better for Naruto than her. Sakura's gone through much more development over the series and her character really has depths (and she really is similar to Kushina). My favourite scenes are the Pein arc ending hug and when Naruto saves her from Sasuke under the Samurai bridge..from those you really can tell that they should be together at the end.
Actually their is a lot of evidence that it could end up Naruto x Sakura. In an interview a year or 2 ago Kishimoto compared himself to Naruto and his wife to Sakura and said something along the lines of "If I am lucky enough to marry a girl like my wife then who knows who Naruto will end up with". Also Naruto x Sakura is the most popular heterosexual couple in Japan (Why does so many people over their want Sasuke and Naruto together anyway?). Also in every single Naruto movie their has been at least 1 Naruto x Sakura moment with the exception of Road to ninja which Kishimoto played a significant part in making is basically completely Naruto x Sakura and comparing the 2 to naruto's parents. Also Kishimoto has stated that Naruto still loved Sakura after her "fake" confession and Kishimoto has also stated that Sakura did lie during the confession but it might not have been that she loved him and that her thoughts about him and Sasuke are still confused. This is shown better when she is looking at pictures of the wounded during the last ninja war so she knows what to expect and says that she doesn't know who she would save first if Sasuke and Naruto were both severally wounded. Their is actually a lot more than this but I don't feel like typing it. Also while I do like Naruto x Sakura (he deserves to go with the girl he has always liked especially since she is starting to like him back ,and also because Sakura is the type of girl that could keep Naruto's antics in check). I don't completely dislike Naruhina or really any pairing besides SasuNaru (Please no hate mail).

Fun fact Kishimoto's wife wanted Naruto and Sakura to end up together and was mad at him when he ended the story with Naruto and Hinata together. I'm not very hard on Kishi about the things ended up though (certainly not as upset at him as you seem to be) he said in a interview (I think towards the end of the manga) that he let the relationship aspect of the story fall by the waist side because that's not what interested him he was far more interested in stuff like the fights for example but yeah I agree that the relationships by the end were done pretty poorly.

when I watch naruto, I really thought they end up together because the protagonist with love/hate relationship is usually end up together just like shoujo. their relationship kinda like Lucy and Natsu.

This is where I'm torn. I love Sakura, Naruto, AND Sasuke. And I ship both SasuSaku and NaruSaku. If she ends up with either of them I'll be extremely happy, however I'me SLIGHTLY leaning towards SasuSaku xD

It's so sad that Naruto and Sakura were so close to being together. But because they loved each other so selflessly they let moved on for each other's happiness. Sakura let Hinata have Naruto, because she felt she would be 'cruel' to take Naruto from Hinata, and she felt Naruto would be happier with Hinata even though she had feelings for him. Then Naruto put aside his feelings for Sakura, and got with Hinata because he felt Sakura would be better off with Sasuke. So because of their selfless love for one another they couldn't be together. Also if you're a NaruHina fan, why the hell are you on a NaruSaku video anyway? Go take your trolling somewhere else, and let us be happy with the couple that should have become cannon, but couldn't.
It's still Kishi's manga though. He could have written it anyway he wanted. If it is true, and he had the ending pairings 8 years ago. Then it just proves that Kishi isn't the amazing writer everyone makes him out to be. He had 8 YEARS! To develop Naruto and Hinata's relationship. But instead he develops Naruto and Sakura's relationship, and consequently created a possible romantic relationship between them more believable than Naruto and Hinata. All those infamous NaruHina moments were quickly overshadowed by NaruSaku moments. After Hinata tried to save Naruto from Pein, we have (possibly my favorite scene in the manga) Sakura hugging Naruto and thanking him. Also during that same scene Hinata is watching and SMILING. Why couldn't Kishi have Hinata hug Naruto, especially since she just confessed to him. Then there's the hand holding scene after Neji died, which is quickly overshadowed when Sakura fights desperately to save Naruto, even resorting to manually pumping his heart. Then theirs all the little moments Naruto and Sakura share. The talks, walks, just being together and inevitably becoming closer. Naruto and Hinata literally have zero of these little intimate moments together. Then there's all the parallels and foreshadowing I won't go into. So if Kishi was truly a good writer, he would have developed NaruHina in the manga. Not in some cheap cash out movie, that's only reason to exist is to explain the complete asspull of an ending.

All of Naruto's history hints that the two would eventually end up together (including parallels and symbolism), too many clues had been left behind to lead one to believe otherwise. Real development, gradual evolution of feelings, many moments together and for what in the end? nothing, all thrown away due to stupid fanservice and idolatry towards a secondary character. Naruto's feelings mocked as a silly rivalry with Sasuke, Sakura's development as a character regressed to the last to a 12-year-old fangirl grappling with her first teenage crushes, sending totally wrong moral messages. The end of Naruto will always remain one of the biggest disappointments in the history of anime, I don't care about canon couples (they can live on novels and idealized loves) for me the only real couple will always be Naruto and Sakura
Twana Breland Sasuke and Sakura are not that actually. They just don't have unconditional love and that's okay since that isn't the equivalence to "true love". Sasuke loves Sakura in his own way. He's just portrayed as a "cool guy" and is not known to publicly express his love.
I thought that too but I think SasuSaku's love is a lot deeper. Like Sakura always gave Sasuke love and support, even when he was evil. Sasuke of course had feelings for her too, but sadly, his dark desires were his top priorities. NaruSaku was still cute though and if they ended up, things would be pretty cool.

Sorry, but that was a trap for shallow fans who did not really understand the purpose of Kishimoto's narrative. Kishimoto never resorted to cliches in his stories that is why you have to be sensible enough to know the clues he has been laying on since the beginning of the manga. It has always been QUALITY over quantity with Naruto and Hinata compared to the Naruto and Sakura interactions. If you were observant enough, you would know that right from the start Hinata was introduced, she and Naruto would be "the endgame." Sakura was just there, according to Kishimoto, "to spice things up." If you fell for the trap, sorry, but you have to move on and accept that NaruSaku is NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN. :)

Tbh… If Kishi wanted Naruto to be with Hinata from the start then he should've had them be together more. More development if you know what I mean. Instead, Kishi hinted NaruSaku so many times bc of their development and all that. After he made the ending so many people got mad because he put Naruto with Hinata which made no sense whatsoever and NaruSaku was hinted sooooo many times. I can understand why the fans got really mad. Then Kishi makes an hour and a half movie with all NaruHina moments since they didn't have enough. Tbh, this made no sense. I'd rather have Naruto be hokage in the ending without any pairings. That way, no one would really get mad.
The thing is though, Kishimoto never intended to write NaruHina. He wrote it last minute which is why Sasuke and Naruto were OOC, Sakura's character development was ruined, Naruto and Sasuke's bond was torn apart, and why they had to make a movie explaining how Naruto fell in love with Hinata (funny because Hinata had to put him in a gen jutsu just for him to love her).

Really? Wow… I got really disappointed too on the new episode. Where Sakura was about to save Naruto when he lost Kurama using CPR. Studio Pierrot made Sakura and Karin soooo ugly and made Hinata as beautiful as ever… This was both Sakura and Karins big moment and SP just had to ruin it. In the manga, Sakura and Karin looked much much better and were both beautiful. However, In the anime their faces were demented and didn't look like the one in the manga AT ALL.
The fandom was also pissed off with that as well! A lot of tumblr posts were made about that and people even went as far as redrawing the scenes. I agree, that was Sakura's and Karin's most important moments and they messed up! Oh, but lets make Hinata-sama look amazing when she trips! They have been making Hinata look perfect ever since the Pain arc. If you ever look back to when she fought him, you'll notice that her hair, face, and clothes were way too detailed. The only thing that SP seems to care about is Hinata. If they mess up the actual CPR scene or the scene where Sakura punches Kaguya...I will be beyond pissed

As much as I love Hinata (and probably she is the one who'll be with Naruto at the end and that's kinda alright but) I really think that Sakura would be way more better for Naruto than her. Sakura's gone through much more development over the series and her character really has depths (and she really is similar to Kushina). My favourite scenes are the Pein arc ending hug and when Naruto saves her from Sasuke under the Samurai bridge..from those you really can tell that they should be together at the end.

In an interview a year or 2 ago Kishimoto compared himself to Naruto and his wife to Sakura and said something along the lines of "If I am lucky enough to marry a girl like my wife then who knows who Naruto will end up with". Also Naruto x Sakura is the most popular heterosexual couple in Japan (Why does so many people over their want Sasuke and Naruto together anyway?). Also in every single Naruto movie their has been at least 1 Naruto x Sakura moment with the exception of Road to ninja which Kishimoto played a significant part in making is basically completely Naruto x Sakura and comparing the 2 to naruto's parents. Also Kishimoto has stated that Naruto still loved Sakura after her "fake" confession and Kishimoto has also stated that Sakura did lie during the confession but it might not have been that she loved him and that her thoughts about him and Sasuke are still confused. This is shown better when she is looking at pictures of the wounded during the last ninja war so she knows what to expect and says that she doesn't know who she would save first if Sasuke and Naruto were both severally wounded. Their is actually a lot more than this but I don't feel like typing it. Also while I do like Naruto x Sakura (he deserves to go with the girl he has always liked especially since she is starting to like him back ,and also because Sakura is the type of girl that could keep Naruto's antics in check). I don't completely dislike Naruhina or really any pairing besides SasuNaru (Please no hate mail).

Fun fact Kishimoto's wife wanted Naruto and Sakura to end up together and was mad at him when he ended the story with Naruto and Hinata together.
I'm not very hard on Kishi about the things ended up though (certainly not as upset at him as you seem to be) he said in a interview (I think towards the end of the manga) that he let the relationship aspect of the story fall by the waist side because that's not what interested him he was far more interested in stuff like the fights for example but yeah I agree that the relationships by the end were done pretty poorly.

Reading comments and thinking: what are NH fans doing here? Then understanding that them are too outraged, because of NS really had more chemistry. Also they realise that NH ending is really broken and forced, what makes them more hate NS.

It's so sad that Naruto and Sakura were so close to being together. But because they loved each other so selflessly they let moved on for each other's happiness. Sakura let Hinata have Naruto, because she felt she would be 'cruel' to take Naruto from Hinata, and she felt Naruto would be happier with Hinata even though she had feelings for him. Then Naruto put aside his feelings for Sakura, and got with Hinata because he felt Sakura would be better off with Sasuke. So because of their selfless love for one another they couldn't be together. Also if you're a NaruHina fan, why the hell are you on a NaruSaku video anyway? Go take your trolling somewhere else, and let us be happy with the couple that should have become cannon, but couldn't.
It's still Kishi's manga though. He could have written it anyway he wanted. If it is true, and he had the ending pairings 8 years ago. Then it just proves that Kishi isn't the amazing writer everyone makes him out to be. He had 8 YEARS! To develop Naruto and Hinata's relationship. But instead he develops Naruto and Sakura's relationship, and consequently created a possible romantic relationship between them more believable than Naruto and Hinata. All those infamous NaruHina moments were quickly overshadowed by NaruSaku moments. After Hinata tried to save Naruto from Pein, we have (possibly my favorite scene in the manga) Sakura hugging Naruto and thanking him. Also during that same scene Hinata is watching and SMILING. Why couldn't Kishi have Hinata hug Naruto, especially since she just confessed to him. Then there's the hand holding scene after Neji died, which is quickly overshadowed when Sakura fights desperately to save Naruto, even resorting to manually pumping his heart. Then theirs all the little moments Naruto and Sakura share. The talks, walks, just being together and inevitably becoming closer. Naruto and Hinata literally have zero of these little intimate moments together. Then there's all the parallels and foreshadowing I won't go into. So if Kishi was truly a good writer, he would have developed NaruHina in the manga. Not in some cheap cash out movie, that's only reason to exist is to explain the complete asspull of an ending.

The more I watch these videos the more I am convinced of how stupid the author was to give so much development to this couple and then not even get them together at the end. All of Naruto's history hints that the two would eventually end up together (including parallels and symbolism), too many clues had been left behind to lead one to believe otherwise. Real development, gradual evolution of feelings, many moments together and for what in the end? nothing, all thrown away due to stupid fanservice and idolatry towards a secondary character. Naruto's feelings mocked as a silly rivalry with Sasuke, Sakura's development as a character regressed to the last to a 12-year-old fangirl grappling with her first teenage crushes, sending totally wrong moral messages. The end of Naruto will always remain one of the biggest disappointments in the history of anime, I don't care about canon couples (they can live on novels and idealized loves) for me the only real couple will always be Naruto and Sakura
