    Old dozer had lever steer [pull lever-engage brake] and foot pedal that locked track.

    That flapper you took off is called a rain cap . The muffler you want to take off is huge and very heavy , but I get that you want to be as low as possible .

    When I was a kid several of those "pipe layers" were used to clean up a train derailment down the road from where I lived. They were worked 24/7 for a few days, during a Michigan January, until the line was open again.

    Do u order your permits with the width of the chains added to load cuz I've had a buddy of mine get a ticket cuz he didn't add the chain width to the outside of the tracks

      I personally use the new garmin dezl otr series let u change up your dimensions real easy and it hooks right to phone for updates and heads up on construction and traffic

    Probably a good idea to run it over the cat scale.... we all know how brokers lie. Might get lucky and they screw up and it lighter. Good sounding ole cat 👍

    dont forget to seal off the exhaust the turbo will start turning onthe dozer and with no oil feeding it it may die

      for the turbo to turn there should be a current of air going out, which is not possible when the engine is shut off. it's an urban myth born shortly after World War II.

    That short piece of pipe is part of the muffler. Removing the whole muffler will not be easy. Good luck.
