I ordered the dream box and sew station. I’d like my sew station to have a pull out arm on the left like pictured with the folding door on the right. But I noticed some videos show the folding piece on the left without the left arm. Does that mean there is flexibility in assembly? 😮

Yes! You can orient it to the right or left :)
