It would be great if you can guide freshers students, what are the things you should know to start off your career and also get high package even if it is recession.
Even if you can categorise that these abc things are enough to get a job for 6-7 LPA, these abcde things are enough to get a job of let’s say 10-20 LPA and these xyz things are required to get a job of more than 20LPA. This was just an example, we just want guidance from talented and experienced people.❤

Just wanted to check, are recruiters/companies particular about java? I thought top companies are language agnostic, but some like GS, fivetran are asking java questions directly
what if candidates experience is non-java ?
Honestly, now I have seen changes in interviews as most of the companies are asking whatever we put in the resume we should have a deep understanding about. As I have worked on Java/Spring Boot and so have put it on my resume, that's why interviewers most of the time ask questions. Also, most of the big companies use Java heavily, that's why Java is there. In fact, many big companies started shortlisting based on skills only be it java or any other languages. Yes, Fivetran and Goldman's every JD is Java-based and work is also java based, that's why they want candidates who can work from day one so who has worked on Java in these cases they will always get an advantage. But again at the same time, there are companies who don't care about the tech stack whether it is Java or not, so at the end DSA skills + your tech on the resume question will be there for sure. Hope I am able to answere it. Actually it's mixture of all in most of cases.

As you mentioned, you were asked to explain one of the features you worked on while you were in Myntra. Could you please tell up to how much extent did you explained the feature. Was it on a high-level explanation including few in-depth technical discussions or did you explain full-fledged feature.

No No don't shift to java for DSA, keep doing DSA in c++ as it is if you are already comfortable in c++. I was asked because I have put java in my resume and have worked on Java alot that's interviewer asked.
