Hello Sir, I am from ASSAM, (INDIA), and I am a Stammerer. Since I have tried every remedy possibly exist in our country starting from speech therapy to Hypnotism, homeopathy, neurology, yoga, alternative healing, Reki, Acupuncture, psychologist, home remedies, and anything you can name for. But at the end of the day I get fail every time. I don't know where is the key of this notorious lock in my neck and mouth. But Finally I found something that is interesting, not expressive as much as a natural language, though I can speak without being chocked or stuck with sign language. I will learn from today. Thank You Sir Again.
My career, My College life, My School life, My Social life has been ruined for my intensive stammering, Every second is an epitome of embarrassment, Its really hard. People thinks why I get depressed for being a stammerer, I challenge they can't live my life for one day. I hope you understand when respiratory system get blocked at every word, mouth get paralyzed all of a sudden in starting of any syllable, brain stops working, vocal chord get stuck, its a horrible feeling . Thank you again for showing this amazing life saving classes. Now I will go further to master this language.

I ask you to consider that deafness (and other conditions) not as a shortcoming but rather a different viewpoint. Some people are very happy with the way they experience being alive. In the U.S. ASL is legally a Foreign Language.

Is there a dictionary for Indian Sign Language. If not, can you make one. It will be very helpful

Hey, there is. ISLRTC has made a dictionary on their RUclips channel, it's also available on their website.

Mr. Arun, in the movie The Second Best Marigold Hotel, Richard Gere returns a namaste with his right hand turned vertical-thumb in-palm facing left in the center of his chest. Does this mean "thank you"? Or is it a return sign of namaste? Thank you and I really enjoyed your videos on sign language. Jude

C[ap back to your wonderful sign language. Is it a form of ISL or another sign language (ASL)? I'm fluent in ASL, but ready to contribute to or refine ISL for clarity and simplicity.
