Fabulous pick for hero - we adopted our two boys and whilst it’s not always been easy, it was made infinitely easier by them having been under the care of excellent, highly experienced foster parents before they came to us. This was some years ago and I remember the foster parents telling us that whilst they loved our two, they were looking forward to a little time off from fostering just to replenish their batteries. Less than a week later they had three little girls under their care because their need was so great and they couldn’t bring themselves to refuse to have them. Heroes indeed - as I’m sure the what by now is probably well over thirty children they have fostered would all agree.

I can imagine being a foster parent is pretty tough; especially, for older children, and teens. It can be an incredibly difficult transition to go from poverty - and worse - to middle class. It takes a lot of time, and helping them to regain their trust in adults takes the patience of a saint.
Please read out this clarification - at around 34mins you allowed O'Brien to say that Jeremy Corbyn was unelectable because he callee Hamas his friends. But that was in 2009, and in 2016 as quoted in the Guardian (article by Rajeev Syal) he said: '“The language I used at that meeting was actually here in parliament [in 2009] and it was about encouraging the meeting to go ahead, encouraging there to be a discussion about the peace process,” he said. Asked whether he still regarded Hamas and Hezbollah as “friends”, the Labour leader said: “No. It was inclusive language I used which with hindsight I would rather not have used.
