This is why Yinu's boss theme will always be my favorite. Everything just works so work together, and Mayday's solo added in...*chef's kiss*.

To me it sounds like the best collab that could happen after the ending. ^^
Edit: The madness solo at end makes me envision a rose with its petals, in a mixed color pattern(red and golden), fluttering in the wind. Only thing missing at the end we can do at home, that's the applause.
Got to agree to disagree with some of the comments here
While the last part is too much with the mayday solo. I actually love it because of that. It shows that they're not playing to harmonise but to overtake each other. Who's the better improv musician in that bit and it solidifies the whole track.
Especially as i can visually see this fight between them and the bits where they do harmonise at the same note is godly.

I could NOT agree more. Would be hell to chart/beat in a typical rhythm game, though.
I disagree, but for a narrative reason. Yinu's going all out here, even May knows she can't overtake her, and decides to smash the piano instead. Having both solos harmonize well with the idea of a duel, but not with the idea of a genius being on a breakdown and unable to be stopped by conventional means.
my GOD the way the crazy piano section blends in (and out) seamlessly with the rest of the track(s) is just 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌
I was waiting for a mashup of the song that did just that. The solo was a nice surprise addition.
The more I hear the ultimate mixes, the more I believe they could be something at the end since... Well, instead of hijacks... Collabs? Imagine the crossover... EDM(Yinu's momma) + Rock(BBJ) + Neoclassic(Yinu herself) on Natura Concert Hall. A TRULY majestic experience.
I guess it would have sold out seats in a heartbeat. Not mentioning... The double solo on crazy phase would be a LITERAL showstopper.

I have two things to say.
1. This is amazing, everything is extremely well, except for the second phase. The mayday solo is a little off, but that’s ok
2. 2:30 is amazing

Normally I am able to hold back and only shed a tear for beautiful things that move me. When I started crying even before this song could get going. This is almost perfect. It truly encompasses a battle where someone is trying to outdo the other. My only critic (and it's a personal preference because you did what you wanted to do here so well) is that we gave a little true solo time to both piano and guitar. The rests in a song are just as important as the other parts. I would babe been straight boohoo tears if you gave then both true solo parts. You do the chorus enough times to get both playing together and each having a solo. Yinu screaming and going all out in her solo I feel was meant to be an awe inspiring and shocking moment for the battle and listened alike. Otherwise I'm straight speechless with this mixup. It only feels a little to chaotic when I step back and analyze. (But again it's a full on battle so I totally get it.)
I think the ending section does that well. Everything else goes silent except for piano and guitar
And the screaming from the protagonists. God, I hate the screaming. It covers up the beauty of the music.. Zuke's isn't even that bad, but HER screaming. Ugh
ahhhh this is so cool, I've been searching for a mix that blended the crazy section well!!! is there any chance you'd do another version without Mayday's guitar solo? For me it's too much, and I would rather have the piano shine through since that's Yinu's distinguishing feature

As someone said earlier, this really shows how the two pieces are trying to steal the spotlight. They both get louder and more aggressive. One just gets louder, while the other plays double notes, which makes it more noticeable as well.
Now throw in Zuke’s drum solo.
I kid. Great work!
And hopefully if they do that, they maybe could fix the mayday solo on phase 2..? It is a little off beat but if not, it would be ok!

Imagine, at the frenzy phase, a bright, yellow light envelops Yinu and a similar, orange light blankets Mayday. Overtaken by their talents, they play till their limbs break. Zuke and Yinu’s Mother has to stop them, FAST. Just a bit of fantasy I made up. I hope you like it.
