      Hi dearie!
Sorry for the late reply 😭
It’s starting to melt! 🥹 during the summer it’s bald!
Sadly we wanted to make a trip up in another area to see the snow but the snow is slowly melting away!

This brings back memories of my time living in New Plymouth many hours spent hiking in the ranges and Of course Mt Taranaki once to the summit it was cloudy so no view 😯I would love to try your recipe how do you make the shallot oil? I'm guessing chop up a shallot and infuse it in an oil but most likely not a strong flavoured oil.The beaches in New Plymouth are great for body surfing in the summer.

      Hi dearie!
      Where are you currently living?
I am glad that my video you have a nice flashback of memories while watching my video!
      Yes chop shallot.
I use 2 huge ones (idk why is it so big here) for a bowl of shallot oil.
If it is the small ones, use a handful of it!
Firstly you start at a medium low temperature and continuously stir it. Do not stop stirring.
Once it starts bubbling, lower the heat slightly.
Make sure that the shallots turned dark brownish and then you can take the pot out of the stove.
The whole process takes at least 20 minutes.
Do let me know how it turned out ❤️
I can’t wait for the summer to come! I haven’t tried dipping in the ocean yet cause I really dislike the cold! But I am so going to do it this summer! Heard that there is a lot of healthy benefit doing it!

Hi Apple 🖐🏼 another great video what a success🎉 alhamduillah . ive thrown out package for sauce but the brand is kikoman and it was a korma sauce . i have a great place if you can visit . for my first recommendation. there are three main suburbs in Hawkes Bay - hastings , havelock napier - a little further toward the end of hastings is havelock you will just come to a place called the Strawberry Patch before you enter havelock (they have great cafes and boutique shops here and a new super market )
the strawberry patch have great veggie deals and during the summer they have beautiful fresh strawberries 🍓 i hope you guys are able to visit these places soon . In napier they have art deco week - if you love vintage, ypu will love it here . i have had a great week . i hope you have too . take care until the next video

      Hi dearie!
So sorry for the late reply 😭
I definitely lock those places on my notes!
I actually haven’t tried the proper strawberry/berries ice cream yet (from the farm) and I want to! The strawberry 🍓 that we have at our farmer market doesn’t taste that great. It can be expensive and mushy!
My boyfriend will be planning for a camping trip during the summer in Dec. He have read your comment ❤️ He want to say thank you!
He has been to Napier for a work trip but only have the time to be out after work. Which can be quite late. But he said that there are many choices of food and he enjoyed one of the Malaysia restaurant!
