Hi dearie! Where are you currently living? I am glad that my video you have a nice flashback of memories while watching my video! Yes chop shallot. I use 2 huge ones (idk why is it so big here) for a bowl of shallot oil. If it is the small ones, use a handful of it! Firstly you start at a medium low temperature and continuously stir it. Do not stop stirring. Once it starts bubbling, lower the heat slightly. Make sure that the shallots turned dark brownish and then you can take the pot out of the stove. The whole process takes at least 20 minutes. Do let me know how it turned out ❤️ I can’t wait for the summer to come! I haven’t tried dipping in the ocean yet cause I really dislike the cold! But I am so going to do it this summer! Heard that there is a lot of healthy benefit doing it!

Hi dearie! ❤️ Thank you so much for watching my videos and leaving a sweet comment! When I first started working as a nurse, say the truth, I spend a lot on traveling. Work can be hectic and stressful so I needed to get out. I remember traveling once every month. It can be a 4 nights trip to Japan or 2 nights to Bangkok or 10 days trip to Europe etc. I ended up not saving any money. When Covid hits, I couldn’t travel and end up having a mental stress and fall sick. What’s worst is that, it was kind of impossible for me to quit my job as I didn’t have much savings. I didn’t have much choices and I still needed to get a job almost immediately after I quit as I needed money to give to my parents and to pay off my yearly insurance. From then on, I started to make changes in my life. And started to see what I can do to make me happy (not by material consumption) This is why also we make a move to New Zealand to try out the life there and having the hope that I will love my job! And thankfully this move has been great! I am hoping to enlighten everyone over material consumption and living frugally. We actually do not need much to live. And we simply can adopt the simple lifestyle to be happy. I also want to reach financial independence so that I can do what I want and what I like. My dream is to own a home and do airbbb. Cooking for my guest and managing a beautiful cottage home ❤️

by the way do you have do you have po box ? are followers able to send you some secret items for you to trial in videos ? i often think of it when i'm out shopping for groceries ..? 😂 thats where my mind starts wondering what you will make out of a sauce I've not seen before , i also apologise when i reply and its late , i get very shy and embarrassed i cant explain haha but again i'm so blessed you reply .🎉

I used to like to mix a lot of ices into my drink however my Chinese doctor told me that the cold energy in my body is too much and wants me to stop drinking cold drinks to prevent myself from getting sick! Ever since I stop that, I really did get sick lesser. My other friend, her Qi energy is always hot so cold water suits her body! I might make it this weekend! Heh!!! Will let you know!!! ❤️

Hi dearie! Yes I planned to get one high visibility top so that the road users and pedestrians can see me from a far. I am still getting used to cycling. I rode on the road once and a car was trying to deliberately swinging into me and nearly caused me to fall before he drove off quickly.
