I don't remember if he said it was when he was 4 or 6 years old, he was trained in Chinese opera and the instructor would demand him to do backflips over a big table like a picnic table, and if he didn't, he would be beaten. So he just did them and that was all there was to it. For the people who devote there whole existence to training their bodies, they really can achieve "super human" abilities. ...
