****Apologies for the audio quality!! If anyone here is an audio tech or expert, please reach out to me. I'm needing some desperate guidance to properly edit and record my audio. Raf@**BetweenTwoForks.com** or please reach out to me on my IG account BetweenTwoForks. Thanks in advance!!****
The profile of the knife looks perfect to me. A tall blade to scoop chopped food with, flat for almost no rocking and a nimble pointy tip. Very sharp too. Only, I am not so sure it is really that super thin behind the edge...
The knife really is amazing! Wabi sabi type and the rustic feel is something to appreciate. As for the thinness behind the edge, more to come on that 😁🙌
I have a lot of respect for fujiwara knives. Knifewear considers them the sharpest knives in the shop. I personally am not certain ill ever buy one because im a fan of stainless. I stick to my SG2 and enjoy its performance just fine. Last night i was dreaming of have the huevos to customize my Nigara.
Hey dude, I like your channel and I've watched a bunch of your knife review videos ever since I was considering getting Forge to table knife. After watching , I'm glad I did, keep it up. I think you should really invest in a better mic tho. Much love!
Thanks a lot for the support man! Really appreciate it! I think I really need to learn to edit audio 😅 the mic I got and etc were just recently upgraded. I got a new external recorder and a diety XLR mic. So it must be something I'm doing wrong but thank you for the feedback. I think I need to consult some audio experts 😅
I'm sure you'll get it worked out with a little tweaking bro, it just sounds a little quiet and tinny to me. Lavaliers can be a pain, I've had a hard time getting mine to sound right... Other than that, great stuff! Keep it up! 😁
I recommend having a look at Rode Wireless GO II to get a more direct recording of your vocal output (reduces the amount of ambient sounds, and room/echo/reflections, etc.). And bananas too. ;)
Oh no... the gramar/dialect police... Its spelt bunka so... if they wanted it to sound like boounkah they would spell it that way. The rest is up to dialect in my opinion. I say bunka like an Austrian in wartime telling his troops to get to the bunker. GET TO THE BUNKA! Try going around america from east to west coast, asking people to say coffee. You land in new jersey, and all of a sudden its kwafee, and thats perfectly fine.
No disrespect, just small pet peeves: Bunka = Boo-ng-ka, not bunk-a on a related note: Gyuto = G-you-toe, not gyo-toe Santoku = Sahn-toe-koo, not sahn-too-ko

Yo! Love your content. By the way, is this a bunka or a santoku? Planning to buy one. Thanks!

You mentioned after 6 months of using the Fujiwara Bunka. That you would make a review on its performance. I’ve looked and I just can’t find a video.
Cutest little helper!
He really is! Lol
Your son is adorable. 🥰 You should do a cooking segment and let him be the assistant.
Thank you so much!! Thats a fantastic idea! If we do a cooking segment, will you all be interested? Sharing recipes and etc?
I love this review! Just thought if I can request for a 6th Month review of the kyohei shindo bunka previously? I'm also actually eyeing that bunka 😁
That looks so good!
Thank you! These Fujiwara knives are something else!

Thank you! I'm already saving for a 240 denka if that says anything 😂
@@BetweenTwoForks My 210 Denka is my favourite knife in the kit!
Who's the girl in the background?
It's my son 😃
It's not "bun-ka" like a bunghole, it's "booun-kah".
Thank you for sharing the proper pronunciation! 😃🙏
