REM is my favorite band!
I simply love R.E.M..And I imagine I always will.But their songs are soo hard to learn and sing along to..The lyrics just go all over the place.That's one of the things that makes them brilliant but tough to get down..

I bet most of the people in the audience at "T In The Park" didn't even appreciate the LEGENDS that they were witnessing at this event.
This concert was in 2008. You'd have to live under a rock to not know R.E.M. was legendary.

The guitar solo was pathetic, but I'm sure they were just burnt out at this point. Just imagine how many times they played their songs live. After a while you just go through the motions.
