Appreciated for video but. You say merg la bucuresti and sunt la bucuresti OR merg in sufragerie, sunt in sufragerie this is the big confussion for us foreigners. Not logic word IN is used for TO and for IN same LA is used both for TO and AT. When I try put in a logic I confuse more than before. Sunt in sufragerie is logic but why is not correct sunt in bucaterie. So romanian is full of exception gramaticly. You should accept either all as it is or is very difficult language if you try to put in a logic all of things
If you say sunt in bucatarie you want to focus a little on "inside" of the kitche. It is not wrong. We say "sunt la bucatarie" because we don't need to focus on inside. Sometimes it is better to take them as they are. But there are logical things, only other logic than in English...our preposition "la" covers more ....
