Bombay Masala Toast ya Mumbai Aloo Sandwich ki recipe share kar raha hu dosto, street style me banayenge chutney aur sandwich masala ki recipe ke saath.
Hum sabhi khana banate hai toh Haldi aur Jale Bhune Masalo ke daag bartano pe lag jate hai, Xpert Dishwash Bar me hai Double Action formula jo in dago ko chakachak saaf kar deta hai aur ye Aam Hare Bar se 50% kam galta hai. Iske 40 Rs ke pack mai ate hai 3 Bars do green Scrubber aur ek steel Scrubber jo ki apke pure mahine ki bartano ki safai ke liye kafi hai.

Coriander - 1 Bunch / 2 cups loosely filled
Mint Leaves - 15-20
Green Chilli - 4
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Garlic - 5-6 cloves
Dessicated Coconut - 3 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Water - to grind
For Alu Masala
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves - 7-8
Adrak - 1/2 inch Crush Karke
Hari Mirch - 2 Crush Karke
Lehsun - 4 cloves Crush Karke
Chopped Coriander - 3 tbsp
Haldi powder - ½ tsp
Boiled Potato - 5
Salt - to taste
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
Sandwich ke lie -
Bread - 12 (6 sandwich ke lie)
Soft Butter - 75g (for 6 sandwiches)
Cucumber Slices, Tomato Slice, Capsicum Slice, Boiled Beetroot Slice
Nylon Sev - serving ke lie
Cheese Cube / Slice - 6
Sandwich Masala ke lie:
Jeera - 2 tsp
Saunf - 1 tsp
Kali Mirch - 1/2 tsp
Chat Masala - 2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Lal Mirch Powder - 1/2 tsp
