- Space shuttle Discovery moved from the Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB) to Launch Pad 39A on Jan. 31 - Feb. 1 at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida. The shuttle made the 3.4-mile journey atop a giant crawler-transporter. Six astronauts are set to launch aboard the shuttle on Feb. 24. The STS-133 mission to the International Space Station is the final scheduled flight for Discovery before it is retired.
No matter how slow, Its the best vehicle ever.

if you think that your job is boring...think that it takes 1 day only to take the shuttle to the launch pad, and think that there must be someone to control that everything goes alright
its like watching a turtle race
