Growing up on the North side of Kauai, surfing became the natural lifestyle to pursue for Alana Blanchard, Leila Hurst, and Camille Brady. Now as talented surfers traveling the globe, the girls reflect on learning to surf off the pier and celebrate the easy living of family BBQ's, dance parties, and early to bed to chase waves in the morning. What a life! If only every day was a Kauai day-stay tuned as Alana hits the North Shore and gets down to the business of surfing in the next series of Alana Surfer Girl.

Watching these videos puts me at home! I was born and raised on the east side of Kauai, but sadly moved away 4 years ago. I remember playing at Hanalei Bay, jumping off of the pier, swimming in the warm waters, eating spam musubi's and fish straight from the sea, hiking to Hanakapi'ai falls with friends, and venturing into the island rainforest like it was yesterday. Every monday I watch your videos that spark my memory and fill me with joy. Mahalo
I have a plan to move there one day... :) These videos really make me feel like summer again. :) They make me happier than I already am and that's why I am moving there :D

First I came here because Alana was beautiful and she's my favorite female surfer, but after watching the series I fell in love with the simplicity of Kauai and the rare beauties of nature
