  • Welcome back to another vlog! This time I'm looking for an art piece to hang above my Milsbo Wide. I'm also looking for a pot to repot my Monstera Albo (separate repotting video). HomeGoods has some really neat stuff! What do you think?

Beautiful choice. I love how everything has its place. Plants look spectacular 🤩
Somehow I have become eclectic with my plant room "styling". 😎

Yes, the art looks great with the wood carving! Do you have any suggestions for what to do with glazed ceramic plant pots that you used but don’t want anymore? I have a lot of them. Thanks for the video!

I’ve re-purposed a glazed pot as a kitchen utensil holder 😆 You can also use them as cover pots for your nursery pots. Or simply use them as decor-you can put some seasonal floral decorations and display them around your house.

Is it possible that the concrete pot leached lime into the soil, changing the ph?
Really like the art. It complements the sculpture in a complex, yet benign manner. I’d replace the brassy owl with something darker that doesn’t hog the visual space and the viewer’s attention. But that’s just me. Your house, your decision. 😃
What is art without taking risks?
    😺✌️

I was thinking about the lime too, and how my hard tap water might be making it extra limey. Ironically, I checked the albo tonight and the tip of a new growth finally poked through the sheath 😊. I’ll still repot it soon. Thanks for the tips on the art! What you said makes lots of sense.

@@SuchPlants I moved from Florida to Chicago year ago. My garden in Florida was full of bloom. Here it is foliage mostly. This plant helps to add color and joy to my collection:)
Thank you for your videos, I always waiting for them!

Enjoyed this. But what guy F.B.I. (From Big Island) says powder room (what’s that) and eats banana bread with a fork? Jus joking. I love your videos and always anticipate the next one. btw our dog had same problem. After 2 painful surgeries we decided to stop. The growths reoccur even if you keep removing them. the recovery was always rough. Decided instead to just keep loving on her instead of putting her through that. 5 years since the last surgery and she’s fine. She’s now 15. God bless dogs.💕

@@carolynk5316 hahaha I work in architecture and we always call it a Powder Room in the plans 😆 you should see me eating chicken wings… I use gloves 🤣 Thank you for watching! I hope my dog’s tumors don’t come back either. I hated the first surgery 😮‍💨 Have a nice week! 🤙🏼
