Well everything looks superb. That brisket had the perfect pull too. The sides all sounded on point also. I have a buddy that lives in Wisconsin. I will have to see how far this is from where he lives so he can try it out possibly. He does love barbecue. Thanks for the video.

I notice the sides are in large 1lbs containers. Usually at barbecue restaurants sides are always in small portion containers. The food look delicious!!
