Great! Mine is working really good to. Even if it's only 2mm(1/16inch). But I mounted some extra to make it more ridgid. I came up with the idea because I didnt have time to measure how big it should be so I had to figure out how to do it without the need to measure it :) Lazy by nature... ;)

Super! Have you checked out the part when I makes it a bit stronger? I did a stress test and the 2mm Aluminium was a bit to weak.
turned out great. I have the minn kota 45 edge on it and works great. doesn't give a bit. really appreciate the idea!

Ould like to hear your opinion on the haswing bow mount in comparison to the minnkota or motor guide
I ended up going with 1/4 inch aluminum. I'll let u know how it holds. going to try it out saturday.

How did this hold up, or is it not strong enough to hold the trolling motor?
