It depends on how you lead it. I like hosting two rounds. First round is just the "control group" or baseline. Then round two I invite the group to pay extra close attention to their listening and to ask a couple thoughtful follow up questions. That could go on for 20-30 minutes. Or you can run it speedy, quick and fun in under 10 minutes. Lots of flexibility. Interested to wonder this out loud Chad - all but one of those questions start with WHAT? Any correlation to success, do you think?
I think they can be quickly recalled as it is often asking for content whereas "how" questions cause for pause and reflection on process.
