That has to be one of the best videos on this topic. Passionate, knowledgeable and interesting

Thanks, James. A tall compliment. Appreciate it. I try hard to make videos WORTH watching. Always containing ideas that can make an immediate difference.

Chad, this is one of your BEST of the best. You give bottom line and top notes all in one, beautifully and artfully.

Thanks, @Melinda! Very much appreciated. Can you say more about what you mean by "bottom line" and "top notes"? This will help me make this happen more in future videos.

Chad, this is the first time EVER that I've had to stop in the *middle* of a video to comment. You are blowing me away with these ideas. I just found you and am enthralled. I can't wait to dive deeper into your content, and I WILL use some of these techniques as a meeting host. Thank you!!

Great info! Any advice on how to jazz up a daily status meeting?

Great question. Yes, lots. This playlist is filled with nuggets and ideas: ruclips.net/p/PLBasE1jaWznEotMcgwUY08L-I0mlcDaft In the immediate though: start your daily status meeting with either a question or a "sentence completion" like... "This morning, I'm thinking a lot about ________." This is quick. Several of my clients do take the first 3-5 minutes of regular meetings to answer a We! Connect Card question as well. You can find that deck here: weand.me/product/we-connect-cards/

How do we keep the interactive energy high throughout the meeting? Sometimes, interjecting an interaction throughout seems to create waves (highs & lows) rather than a constant ripple of energy.

Actually, I would argue that a great cadence for meeting energy might look like a heartbeat. I expect and even plan in regular "ups and downs." If you try to keep the energy really high throughout, people may burn out. By tuning into the group and asking them to answer the question "What do you need right now?" can offer a ton of great pathways to meet the groups' needs. Hope this helps, Pamela! - Chad
