Yes he does I just did not want to go super in depth to the god side as this was more focused on the build side but wanted to make sure people are aware some gods have passives/abilities that can counter stuff like this. I am debating making a counter god guide in the near future
The main issue with counter or situational items or builds in conquest is late game brawling especially for a solo laner. If you've more than one situational item for your solo lane for example, chances are you might dominate your lane early-mid game but during team fights there might be other gods who might be consecutively countering you or just overpower you because you either don't have proper power scaling or you just don't have any situational items for late game team brawls. In the end, choosing proper counter gods in ranks is crucial or else it may sometime feel like you need more item slots all of a sudden so probably getting one situational item should be the limit. 100% its always best to build for the late game because end of the day they are not going to kill your titan during laning phase you need to be prepared for the fights ahead
Full anti autos build chacc is cool if it can work. Ive tried it once. The jungler was bakasura and his autos were like insanely slow. Pretty sure he was crit and during this time there wasnt atk speed crit items besides wind demon only

Does cerb passive stack with other anti heal aura items?
I am led to believe not as contagion and pestillence states it does not stack with other auras
