The same thing happens to me as to you... this music heals us from within.

I am deeply grateful for this knowledge, which I did not know, and which you reveal...
thanks for your contribution
From a simpler time when people could just listen to music or films or comedy purely to enjoy them. I wish those days were here again. 😞

Fantastic White Plains....forever.
No one will ever be even half as great as Tony Burrows. A true artist.
Tony Burrows wasn't the lead singer on this song. It is Ricky Wolff who sang lead on the studio track of My Baby Loves Lovin'. Tony Burrows was one of those singing background vocals.
What about Ron Dante, he was also a gr8 performer and sang one of the biggest hits of all time. In sugar sugar.

Jason Clarke, thanks to you for sharing and transmitting that feeling
Love this !!!
Loved this video - didn’t know they played instruments rather just singers
Yes ... they were all musicians (including the vocalist, who in this case does not play any instrument)
Still Fab
Muy Bien
Obviously a one hit wonder . As a part time poet, I'd love to write such a song..love this song
No in fact they had several Top Twenty entries in the early 70's. Check out "When You are a King" and my personal fave "I've Got You on my Mind" 👍
actually not a one hit wonder, far from it the real singer was a very talented session singer called Tony Burrows who had many hit singles, under name like edison lighthouse (love grows where my rosemary goes) and others
@@geoffcohen613 Thanks for setting the record straight. Burrows was an incredible session singer who never got his due. My own favorite of his was First Class' "Beach Baby" (1974)
According to various sources they had five UK hit singles
