I was thinking the same thing. My house is nowhere near as modern as this-and I’m perfectly happy with what I have. To see these beautiful newer builds just torn down for greed is disgusting.
Beautiful house!! It’s move in ready!!❤ I definitely would spend a lot of time out back!! Landscaping is beautiful!! Someone definitely took pride in it. Sad it’s going to be demolished!! The lamps in the basement are still worth a lot of money! Especially the pink one!! Those glass ones are very pricy. I collect them. The brass ones have conversion kits to switch them from oil to electricity. Which ever you choose to use. I have quite a collection of them too😂 Very interesting video!! Great job as usual!! Really enjoyed this one!! Be safe!! Pam in Illinois ❤
I couldn't help but laugh when you mentioned the carpet and the drapes not matching😂😂 When you were downstairs and you looking at this light wood cabinet with books in it and you're saying oh you don't know what kind of books those are. Basically they are chick books. And that unit itself was a headboard, an old '80s headboard. Most of the stuff in there was '80s style and it could very well be that the owners were owners of a pub or a restaurant bar, Oh, and those leather back books that were all the same they were Britannica. They were encyclopedias. Those are old.😂😂 Yeah most of those lamps got converted over to electric. God knows when but yeah most of them are all electric now. Thanks, Bran for the exploration again. Very nice home indeed.
So much beautiful land up there in Canada , i dont understand why so much of this taking down lovely homes to build new neighborhoods. The only place we see this going on down here is inner city areas. So called process
Alot of thrift stores has alot of those glass lamps looking like a gaslit lamp they even have the 1s that's just a regular lamp globe with those skeleton key like turn knob & those tiny turn buttons . Some around here got good deals on them & even on the bad shapes 1 .
In B.C. We call the ceiling textured ceilings not stucco. Stucco is on the outside of the house. Just saying not trying to offend anyone. My son is a dry Waller. Love your u tube videos♥️
14:05 That looks like a headboard for a bed. 18:06 I really like watching your video's BUT I would enjoy them a lot more if you put things back. You left the pictures out the ones you pulled out of the box. 26;46 You look comfy.
Beautiful house Brandon❤❤ I think the reason people tear it down cause they don't want no one to move in it which is very selfish I mean nothing wrong with it a little fix can do for it.🧍♂️🐕💙💙
Thanks!
This house is amazing. So sad there demolishing it.😞
What a beautiful house! Love the kitchen & the back yard! And another one’s gone, how sad! Awesome video as always! 👍👍✊❤️🤘
What is up with all these nice homes being torn down!!?? These especially look like nice lots. How sad. What a pretty kitchen and patio/pool area.
It’s greed developers put 3/4 houses on same amount of land happening everywhere even in the uk

Hi Brandon

I remember playing hacky sac with crushed cans! That house is beautiful, I can't believe it's going to be torn down.
Nice house! Love the trees and the backyard. Thank you Brandon 🧡
A lot of these homes are still somewhat nice and can be fixed up. I would buy one of them and work on it. Love the kitchen and patio area on this one.
Seems early to mid 90s. Before I could afford it. Very easy to remodel. Love it. Thanks for the memories. ❤
Watch it ❤😢, s Walk to remember, Mandy Moore 😢❤😢👍🏾 👍🏾

Stuck-O on the ceiling/wall's = soundproofing.😊
15:49 You can see the electrical cord coming from the pink lamp. It's not an oil lamp.
Nice basement Brandon and it isn't moldy. Very nice house. I like the green carpet on the stairs. 😊🩷
I thought you were going to show us progress on your parents basement
Beautiful! I have some questions for you, Buddy Bear, about your adventures.

Wonder why there was no sink in the bathroom at the bottom of the stairs? Or I didn’t see it
Pretty house, Ty for the explore. Give Nanook a treat for me😊
