Well, you need to be careful not to practice bad habits, but I wouldn't really say that any of these are more advanced than any particular grade. You just need to make sure you focus on the points I raised ;)

Type 2 is the one its used when performing dai ichi kihon, isn't it?

Try slowing down the play ack speed to 0.75, it should make it easier to pick up what I’m saying without changing my voice too much 😅
You can also use auto generated subtitles, they are good enough
