This is the 4th week of the Model Cars & Coffee and my 3rd installment. Very cool to be able to participate in this awesome idea created by Paul.

Fantastic Larry! I knew you’d love Tamiya kits. Who doesn’t? They just do what they’re supposed to. Lol I’d say you could even tackle that Ford GT without too much headache. Love the blue on your skyline too. Unique!
Thanks Kyle. Yes, that Skyline kit went together very well. The body is not even glued down as it snaps into place. Very nice kits. I'm thinking about the GT all the time, lol.

Yeah, I like the older Skylines and this one was perfect to get me into my first Tamiya build.
Very nice Skyline! That Ford GT looks intimidating, but it goes together easy. Only issue I had was the headlights

That's unusual for a Tamiya kit. They're normally curbside. Which is the only reason I don't generally build Tamiya kits. Just not a fan of building curbside.
That was something that was surprising to me too and one of the reasons I bought this one. It's a really nice kit.
