Are still properties available at this price
I do not understand why new homes are so close one another. You can hear your neighbor sneezing. We can see even the neighbors window. Uff....
You say this doesn’t include the price of the lot. How much more is the land
Do they build with pools??
Looks cheap inside! small! a starter home indeed!
They’re ALL looking like that now. It’s unreal!
Iam looking for a house at that price WAO
Hello, we are interested on a 4 bedroom house in the Davenport area
Hi, if you email or call/text us at mikemellorealtor@gmail.com or 407-487-3030 we can have one of our Realtors help you find a home. Thanks! Mike.
I’ve noticed that no longer are the niches and decorative ledges added to new construction model plans. All of the different builders we visited, Lennar; Centex; Adams; Beazer; Horton; Highland etc...ALL looked pretty much the same. Very basic construction with lower ceilings than in the past; no interior detail and exterior elevations mimicking each other.
Frankly, they looked like basic apartments inside and reminded us of, and not much difference than homes in the north eastern states. Only difference was square footage, some smaller, some bigger but still looked very similar to each other.
We prefer the homes of the late 1990’s & early 2000’s with a more tropical flair & design inside and outside & more relatable with what we would expect for Florida, but after a few bouts with bidding wars, people give up and have flocked to new builds.
Have you noticed this shift in design also, or am I seeing things?? Lol
...In fact, many of them have eliminated the bathtubs in the Master Bedroom also! Getting WAY WAY less for your money now...Unreal!
And a year later, 207k no more!
