Looking to retire in 6-8 yrs, the price is right !!!!!! Hopefully can find something similar then. 4 beds, 3 baths. Can’t complain. Love the 3 guest beds upfront and master is solo in the back. Natural lighting in each room great. Great closet in second bath. Only thing I would want different is no tubs, need a counter , sink and at least on cabinet in the laundry room. Open concept great. Starting at $265 can afford a nice outdoor kitchen and pool. Would want I think they call it a country or farmers sink in the kitchen. Insulation is great. Just enough for me and my retiring husband with 3 bedrooms for visitors. Awesomeness.

That’s a lot of bedrooms for that amount of space. I wonder if it seems crowded in person? Can’t beat the price, that’s for sure.
You need to advise if the houses are equipped with wind impact glass doors and windows or shutters provided by builders to meet codes alsoproperty taxes and maintenance fees
Great questions!! They def do build to code otherwise the city wouldn't let them sell any homes and taxes and fees change from time to time so we usually go over those details when we sit down for a consultation but definitely some great questions!

What is a CDC fee? (Did I get that right?)
I would like to know too. I’ve seen that in other videos for Florida homes, but I’ve never heard of that in my state.

Yes!!! Pools are pricey in my opinion but can definitely be done!!

Only 3.5% if you already live and work in the area or getting a job transfer. Otherwise they will require 10% down. Prices for this home are around $265K-$275K

Does this community have CDD?
Yes they do. But there is another Neighborhood about 10 mins away from there that offers the same floorplans without a CDD if you're interested!
Kitchen together with livingroom,that's not a good idea
You will not get the house you originally contract to buy from this Builder. Seller, their preferred Lender, Appraiser & Realtor are in bed together to delay your closing and make you wait 2-3 additional months to close. They entice many with 8k in upgrades but once your under contract the games begin. And good luck with trying to back out. Deposit is non refundable. BUYER BEWARE. Use your own lender. Their lender will release your appraisal to the seller and realtor before you and say the appraisal is some dumb number below your contract price. Don’t trust their lender. Good luck.
