Thanks, Davide. It was nice to see my town really come to life. I went twice this year and managed to miss both big festivals in Galatone: this one and San Sebastiano! However, with so many towns in the Salento there is usually a festival somewhere.

I love all your videos. Watching you expressing your passion for your area is inspiring. Puglia tourism should have you on retainer - lol. The problem is, “I’m Sicilian, not Italian! Get it right!” Haha. Seriously, I would love to buy an old structure and bring it back to life as others have done. But, I’m having a difficult time separating my desire to have an “Old World” home, from having an “Old World” home in Sicily. [ sad face ]. Americans with Sicilian heritage make up the largest percentage of Italian emigrants in the United States. What I’m getting at is this, PLEASE partner with a Sicilian (agency) that has as much integrity and passion as you have so that Sicilians wishing to recapture their roots can benefit from your unique service. I’m currently trying to sell my house so that I can make my dream of a house in Sicily come true.
Hahahahah I hear you !! I have realtors from many parts of italy begging me to partner up and Sicily is one of them! When the time is right something really special will happen. What I do goes beyond the searching or assisting in purchasing a property. I add value in making sure the equity is there and the resale potential is one of strongest points. To date I have many Americans with Sicilian heritage purchasing through me and the main reason is the property management side of my business, everyone wants to sell properties, but no one wants to get their hands dirty….. we complete the circle ⭕️ Big thank you for following the channel and supporting my vision 🙏
