Hope you all like this and don't mind something a little bit different this time! A bit of fun - can you guess which Oasis/HFB song I've 'repurposed' the drums from? If you can then you win the game! Let me know what you think ;)
To be honest this totally sounds like Oasis. If someone shared this with me I would have thought it was a lost Be Here Now era B-Side. This is probably the first time I've heard a "new song by an inactive artist" that sounds not only convincing AI-wise but also is a good tune (yeah, I didn't care too much of AISIS; a couple of songs were fine but the AI was a bit lacking). I would like to suggest that if you make a Noel version you make it acoustic like If We Shadows and his other demos of that era. I think that would sound great and I'm looking forward for what's next!
How many years has it been? I find myself once again wrapped in the magical allure of Oasis's music. Their powerful melodies ripple through my soul, transcending time itself😂
I'm just holding out for In The Heat of the Moment. I feel it's going to be the best song Liam never sang. His voice is perfect for it. Noel for the Na Na Na parts and Liam on the rest. I hope I'm right.
DUUUUUDE!! That. Was. Awesome!! Great songwriting, recording, performing, and the AI Liam and Noel were fookin mega!! 🤘🏻🤘🏻 Fantastic job and that definitely sounds like an unreleased 90s Oasis song from the vaults. I'd love to hear more of these! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I've got originals as well that are heavily influenced by Oasis; I should put some AI Gallagher bros. on my recordings too. 😉
Yeah Man! The Whole Tune Sounds Good from the Guitars/Bass Drums/Melody Lyrics/Style (HC era Thank you for the good Times/drums the good rebel?)! Cheers 🍻 Edit Also the AI Liam n Noel vocals 🔥
Thank you so much! That means a lot. I've always taken a lot of inspiration from Noel as a songwriter, but particularly around the time I wrote this. Even to have a fraction of the man's power is a blessing! Thanks for listening 🎧
@@StarShaped_Tambourine I agree to me he and Ashcroft are the Lennon and McCartney of this generation. Also I sent your stuff to Sally Craddock gonna see if she will pass it along to Noel and Liam. I can’t make any promises.
B-Side como de Be Here Now, entre Beady Eye, Oasis, el intro suena a Cum On Feel The Noize, entre Roll Whit it, Millonarie pero en definitiva el estilo de Oasis.
I'm going to be honest. This just doesn't resonate with me. But to be fair, none of the "new" AI Oasis songs people uploaded have. When I heard your version of Simple Game of Genius, I got chills. I knew it wasn't technically Oasis but it had the pieces of Oasis and it felt like Oasis. Maybe because I knew the song as Noel's and already had the attachment, and Liam just filled the missing pieces? This is the interesting conundrum for me regarding AI music. Can it connect with you on an emotional level if you know that it isn't real? I know neither song mentioned are Oasis, but I have had a completely different reaction to both songs. In fact, I felt a connection to every NGHFB song you've posted, and it honestly made my heart hurt as it just shows how good the two brothers are together and are better together than apart. I don't mean to discount your work on the original songs, so please don't think that. I find the emotional and personal aspect of AI music to be fascinating and certainly worthy of a broader discussion. I am still really excited for the rest of NGHFB songs coming. And possibly a harmonized version of The Roller :)
A really interesting point of discussion! Having seen thousands of reactions and comments from people at this point, it seems response to this type of thing is extremely specific to the Individual, and varies wildly from person to person. There are a lot of factors at play, but to list a few -preconceptions about AI -preconceptions about advanced technology in general -familiarity to the songs -how protective one feels about a particular artist or their music -how traditionalist one's views are -the quality of the output All play a factor I might take a similar stance if I'd come across something similar! But I would definitely feel differently if I believed that there was some actual input from an artist I respected, i.e. Noel (or Liam) How differently do you think you'd have reacted to hearing this if Noel had put a demo of it out with his vocal on before hearing this? I think I'd be much more likely to enjoy something like this if I really believed it was written by Noel, I think. I personally think this isn't miles away from sounding like a classic Oasis track, musically speaking. Close enough that if it *had* come out as an official oasis track, I don't think there'd have been a lot of people debating the authenticity of itor complaining that the sound or songwriting was too different. Which makes me think there's definitely some weight to saying that pre-conditioning your brain goes a long way in altering one's perception of something like this! Really interesting. It's the struggle a lot of original artists face, myself included. You could have the most amazing artist in the world, but the hard part is conditioning the minds of the potential audience to get them to believe that they're into it! I can pretty much guarantee that if I had written council skies by sheer coincidence and happened to get it exactly as how it appears on Noel's record, and put it out a year ago, the response would have been very small. Not because they're not great songs, but because it wasn't Noel putting it out. I think familiarity and 'personality' is a much bigger part of pop music than we all realise
Also, dude could you please use post 2000's Liam's voice on Oasis songs like Cigarettes In Hell, Carry Us All, full on, One Way Road, Idler's Dream, Shout It Out Loud, You've Got The Heart Of A Star, Force of Nature, Little By Little, Just Getting Older, Those Swollen Hand Blues, Part of the Queue, The Importance of Being Idle, Mucky Fingers, Who Put the Weight On My Shoulders, Falling Down, Waiting For the Rapture, Get Off Your High Horse Lady
Thanks for listening! I am he, I wrote this song over half a decade ago and always wanted to record it properly. I knew it needed to sound like this but never had a project on the go that was straight-up-oasis enough, until now! I played and recorded everything but the drums, which are taken from The Good Rebel (and edited heavily helped by AI) Glad you enjoyed! Let me know if you want to hear more like this :)

The tune really reminds of Thank You For The Good Times, but not sure about the drums...
Sounds like thank you for the good times the b-side on stop crying your head out
It's like an Oasis song written in the 90s but only been recorded now after reuniting!
😢
Yes! It's like a hybrid between round are way and stay young!
The fact that this sounds so believable as an Oasis song means that you're a great song writer.

Nah, this is just Noel's demo he'll whip up from thin air. 😂 Great job, man!
This is your best AI vocal yet. Please redo Lock All The Doors with this method.
Also, recommend this voice for when you do Chasing Yesterday.
I didn't turn it off after the first 20 seconds like all the other attempt I've heard. Praise be
Haha I'll take that and run! Thanks so much for listening
Banging tune my friend you totally nailed this big time 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Right? Totally mad fer it!! 🤘🏻🤘🏻

This is fantastic. Great work
Those AI vocals are incredible and a very Oasis song. Well done.
When I open my RUclips everyday now I'm expecting a new upload from Star Shaped Tambourine, and I am not disappointed. Keep it On man!
Wow, you've got talent! I like this and the original Keep On demo. Please do post the lyrics. Looking forward to the HFB second album as well!
Really good stuff, very convincing.

Great song Mate!! 😎👌

Finally New Music Yes, this is now with AI the era of Musical Fan Fiction
Holy fucking shit this is amazing. Like I legit feel like it’s been written by Noel.

Estoy empezando a tomarle cierto cariño a estos 2 jajajaj (¿? Fucking love oasis til the end a reunion now seria de otro planeta amor totalll
Sounds like liam's voices post 2008
Yes, all his AI videos are of a post-2008 Liam, unlike most of the other creators who do a 90s Liam
Sounds great! Are the drums from ‘Roll With It’?
I know I'm wrong but I hear The Fame at the start
Plus Thank You for the Good Times aswell! Sounds Good Man 👊🏽
Come on feel the noize cover from the don't look back in anger single
I'm hearing cum on feel the noize in there
Probably all in the mind

Which AI do you use?
I'm wondering that too.
How do you compose this? It’s incredible. I must know how it’s done.
Do you actually play and record this and then add AI? Are you Matt Brook or did you borrow his song. This is just so interesting to me
Thanks for listening!

@@StarShaped_Tambourine wow absolutely. This is insane. And the original version on sound cloud is amazing. Yes pleaee
Also what is a good source I could start learning how to do AI drums and vocals? I’d love to learn. I am also a singer songwriter
Just donated five pounds to your cause sir!
