Love the fact they did this in a parking lot as you never lose sight of the car or its sound bite as you would if it’s going down a real track.
Goosebumps...marlboro mclaren honda was my favorite team...if only visual display were in hd back then like we have now.
At low RPMs it sounds like a McLaren F1 but once u get to high RPMs it’s an e a r g a s m

@@MoniFps Sim! é verdade! E é até possível ver o nome do Berger no print. O MP4/6 que o Senna pilotou está no instituto que leva o seu nome. Ele o ganhou depois de uma aposta com o Ron Dennis.

Yes. Both are 3.5L V12 engine.
Same engine configuration - 3.5 liter V12.
The Honda RA121E (seen here) had a 60-degree Bank angle and 4 valves per cylinder. The Ferrari 037 had a 65-degree bank angle and (I believe) 5 valves per cylinder. The slightly different bank angles and different valve configurations made these otherwise similar engines sound quite different from each other!
*Honda B series engineers ask F1 engineers* "Hey you guys wanna help up get this Vtec motor to rev to 8200 rpm? *F1 engineers laugh and reply* " yea bro! we're running 20k rpm!"
At this time they weren't most F1 engines turned 13-14,500. This was the era right before engine suppliers went to pneumatic valves. (The mechanical springs were starting to run into valve float) these pneumatic valves allowed the engine suppliers to rev all the way up to 19-20k in 2003 with the 3.0L v10s
Actually Honda did use its F1 knowledge and engineers to design the B series
@@Razmatazuk yea they did but I was saying F1 engines didn't turn 20k in this era. They turned 13k just pointing out a small difference.

I know I’m going to trigger every F1 V12 fan when I ask this but doesn’t anyone else think that V12 at lower revs sounds a bit like an Aventador V12? I know the responses are likely going to be, “No!”, “This is proper F1 engineering and the Aventador’s a kid’s road car!”
Alex Paumen my first reaction to the Aventador's engine noise was "RA121E"!
