Why would they cut such an important scene when the game is already the shortest game in the whole series? ANF needed more content seriously why tf was this cut?
Might've not had enough time to finish it or they thought that when it was finished, it wasn't as great as they thought and they didn't want to disappoint fans with a really bad flashback.
They cut a LOT of content from the New Frontier, id actually recommend watching the S3 Cut Content video by the channel “Cold Blooded”. Thats a big part of why S3 is such a mess, because of the extensive rewrites and changes they made.
Okay so this is how it happen. Clem and Sandra stayed in the treehouse until they almost ran out of food. Sandra told clem to stay in the treehouse while she go back in the house looking for food. Sandra got bit while a walker was nest to her and her guts and everything was bleeding. Clem heard the screaming and didn’t came down the treehouse. Until she heard a car crash
Clems dad: "don't get my hat dirty I said u could borrow it not keep it" *clementine keeps her dads hat for 9 more years then gives it to AJ to keep and she gets it dirty*
I’d like to have a dlc where you play as Sandra surviving and protecting clem for the moments sanda was alive up to the point where she was bit, I think she was bit then told clem to go to her treehouse and hide figuring the zombies couldn’t get her there
All these years i never really gave much thought as to how Sandra became a Walker or what her life was like before the apocalypse, but since she was already a zombie by the time Lee showed up, i just assumed what happened to Sandra didn't really matter since she was already dead, but of course imagine if Sandra was still alive when Lee showed up at Clem's house that part where Walker Sandra attacked Lee could've gone so much worse if she were alive.

Let’s think. The police car Lee was in crashed into a walker, during that time, it looked around noon time. He woke up in the police car in appears late afternoon. So, if they crashed into a walker, that means the virus or whatever has already spread. We didn’t know when the infection started, so we can’t exactly tell that she died very early. Of course, you said “probably,” but when those messages were sent, they were sent day(s) apart, as said in the video, she didn’t answer them, so we can assume she was hiding for days to not get Clem hurt or not. But in those messages, it was talking about a crazy guy, of course referencing to the zombies, so actually, it may have started spreading a couple days early, just very slowly. Poor Sandra 😢 although, like Lee, she did nothing but care for and look after the little girl who was saved, protected and taught how to survive in the Walking Dead video game universe - the queen of badass CLEMENTINE! I wish we could have seen Sandra when she was alive, we did have a video of her filming Clementine while speaking to her parents on the phone, but to see how much she cared for Clem would have been amazing. I bet she’d be proud and glad for how far Clementine has travelled and who she’s become.

It would be pretty boring though. Its clear that Clem's dad got bit at the very beginning of the apocalypse and Clem's mom was staying in the hospital to make sure he was okay. You can infer this from the voice messages they left at the telephone when Lee first walks in.
I wonder if there's a fan fiction out there of a "What-if?" scenario that Sandra didn't get bitten on the first days of the apocalypse and was the one who protected Clementine for the first season and not Lee

I live 2 hours North of Atlants, and when I head to Atlanta I have to drive-through Marietta to get there. There is actually this really great restaurant there called the Marietta diner that has been on Diners, drive ins, and dives on the Food Network

Clem makes it clear she didn't know exactly what happened to Sandra, just that she heard her screaming. If Sandra had told Clem to go to the treehouse and then died trying to protect her, that would match up with what we see in season 1.
Season 2 and 4 gets Lee 'flashbacks' (Or rather imaginary conversations that didn't ACTUALLY happen but show a young Clem with Lee) since Season 3 did not get a young Clem with Lee moment, I woulda loved to see a young clem with Sandra.
It was harder since I played it on an Alcatel flash 2 during 2016 and damn it was hard because I was at like 5fps. But with my new phone, walking dead season 1 runs fine and even walking dead season 3 ran albeit at low fps and a hot phone it was pretty cool

Every season has baby Clem in it except season 3 as well. Season 1: Clem is 8-9 years old Season 2: You get a Lee Flashback with Clem being 8 years old Season 4: You get a Lee flashback with Clem being 8 years old I woulda loved season 3 to have a Sandra Flashback with Clem being 8 years old
Not sure if it was said but I think I saw a bite mark on her arm in the first season so Im just thinking Clem and Sandra we’re outside when weird shit started happening and Sandra could have been bitten somewhere I’m thinking the arm and they locked the door explaining the zombie bang sfx and as Sandra turned she might’ve told Clem to go to the tree house, till her Parents came back. And the cabinet sounds might’ve just been Clem getting a snack or some food or might’ve been trying to treat Sandras wound.
Dang so much cut content! They should release all the cut content from Clems past and other cut content (whether playable or not). Telltale is hopefully coming back, so maybe we will get it! I would have cried seeing Sandra die 😭
I've always wanted to know more about Clem's parents and Sandra. I love Lee but I thought Clem would mention those two especially her parents more in the game tbh.
A mystery about Sandra would've been great. If Lee was able to look through the house and find her plans for Spring Break or how she knew the family, I would be satisfied.
The spring break is an error on TTG part. We know the out break starts in the summer so it should be summer break. Clem says she heard a scream at night days before Lee found her, I like to think Sandra was bitten shortly after putting Clementine to bed. The reason for this is because the bookself at the foot of the stairs is pushed forward. So maybe a scared little Clem tried trapping zombie Sandra upstairs in the morning (I even have a theory on how a walker might have gotten in), where she hid in the treehouse the 2 days only coming down for food
There is also a thing in twd season two where clem says her and sandra used to play a dumb kid game where they were secret sisters. Which is even more backstory to sandra
I think they should make like a dlc game that have like 5-10 minute gameplay of stories like Sandra’s story, what happened to kenny, what happened to Christa or her baby, what happened to lily after she left in s1. They could fill in the gaps and I think it would be really interesting.
Well this was welcome to see. It rare enough that we have so many walkers consumed with anonymity, their past lives unrecognizable, and added lore from Telltale is Great.

I live 2 hours North of Atlants, and when I head to Atlanta I have to drive-through Marietta to get there. There is actually this really great restaurant there called the Marietta diner that has been on Diners, drive ins, and dives on the Food Network

Clem makes it clear she didn't know exactly what happened to Sandra, just that she heard her screaming. If Sandra had told Clem to go to the treehouse and then died trying to protect her, that would match up with what we see in season 1.

Season 2 and 4 gets Lee 'flashbacks' (Or rather imaginary conversations that didn't ACTUALLY happen but show a young Clem with Lee) since Season 3 did not get a young Clem with Lee moment, I woulda loved to see a young clem with Sandra.

It was harder since I played it on an Alcatel flash 2 during 2016 and damn it was hard because I was at like 5fps.
But with my new phone, walking dead season 1 runs fine and even walking dead season 3 ran albeit at low fps and a hot phone it was pretty cool

Not sure if it was said but I think I saw a bite mark on her arm in the first season so Im just thinking Clem and Sandra we’re outside when weird shit started happening and Sandra could have been bitten somewhere I’m thinking the arm and they locked the door explaining the zombie bang sfx and as Sandra turned she might’ve told Clem to go to the tree house, till her Parents came back. And the cabinet sounds might’ve just been Clem getting a snack or some food or might’ve been trying to treat Sandras wound.
Lee was like our father and Kenny was like our crazy uncle who developed PTSD but always had his heart it the right place.

I've always wanted to know more about Clem's parents and Sandra. I love Lee but I thought Clem would mention those two especially her parents more in the game tbh.
A mystery about Sandra would've been great. If Lee was able to look through the house and find her plans for Spring Break or how she knew the family, I would be satisfied.

The spring break is an error on TTG part. We know the out break starts in the summer so it should be summer break. Clem says she heard a scream at night days before Lee found her, I like to think Sandra was bitten shortly after putting Clementine to bed. The reason for this is because the bookself at the foot of the stairs is pushed forward. So maybe a scared little Clem tried trapping zombie Sandra upstairs in the morning (I even have a theory on how a walker might have gotten in), where she hid in the treehouse the 2 days only coming down for food

I think they should make like a dlc game that have like 5-10 minute gameplay of stories like Sandra’s story, what happened to kenny, what happened to Christa or her baby, what happened to lily after she left in s1. They could fill in the gaps and I think it would be really interesting.
Somehow these games just keep on surprising me.
