I have 10 trail cameras and a reader. The only thing I don't like except for the night view being low quality is that the readers eat batteries very very fast. Probably every week. Also I wish it saved videos. Today I plugged it up to a charger and took the batteries out. This makes it come on. So I can't turn it off because it keeps coming on. So I can't really tell if it's going to charge.
I don't know how hard I'd be pushing their products. Their technical support is probably the worst around. I'm going on day five of trying to contact them. Several emails, several Facebook messages, and each day I call their tech support and let my phone sit on speaker for 4 hours. No joke. Never an answer, just the rotating message that they appreciate your call so on and so forth. Never a return message on any platform. I would not recommend anybody buy anything from muddy. I hate to use my social media powers to get their attention because that's childish. However, their business practices are insanely ridiculous.
The problem I'm having with my HME card reader is that some of my trail cams put out MOV video and my card reader doesn't read that format. Can you tell me what formats Muddy reads? I need both MOV and AVI.

For sure this reader eats batteries and the cameras have low quality night videos. I have 10 cams and 1 reader.
Maybe 10 years ago it would be something to think about. Maybe.
Why 10 years ago?
@@KV-nh1ts Because of technological progress. Now everyone has an old phone that will do this better and faster.
You can't leave a phone out all night in the rain and snow. Plus, I've never seen a phone with a motion detector or night vision. @@-fazik-3713

How do you change the speed in which the video plays on the card reader
