But that is actually a good thing since the F-15 is a flying lifting body, or in simple words, fly with one wing. It's not its "main competitor", BUT, in War Thunder it is, because, well Russian planes need a touch of handicapped love in terms of BR and generation placement ;) The moment the SU-27 was released it was already surpassed by the F-16 and F-18. But it had tech that was compare-able to the F-14, with a worse radar still. So then in comes the question... Why is the SU-27 so good in WT?

I think you have to have the Crew Replenishment unlocked. If you do, you instantly start replacing the crew. If not, you die, unless you have a vehicle that can survive with one crewmember like the STRV 103.
i dont really think that first guy meant the research heli via ground. i some times lose rp from battles if i finished researching a tank in between 2 battles as well

And if you compare the turns wich the aim9m is capable in dcs to the ones in wt you can see that there is something missing.

@@patriotic-panda dcs is way more realistic and if you would have read my comment i used it as a base and looked deeper in it and found some Dokuments wich state that it should have 35 to 40g. And if you compare the turns wich the aim9m is capable in dcs to the ones in wt you can see that there is something missing.
@@SirMikato you still used DCS as a source. and DCS is SO realistic that its realism is debated, and also, 35-45G is in duel plane, WT currently models single plane, but even when they do do duel plane, 9Ls and Ms will still be 30G, simply because they cannot command roll like the Magic II can, cope

@@alejandraespada732 dream would be if you could queue up as a squad and then your boy/girl can just switch gunner positions. Shoot maybe even first person perspective. I would understand not allowing the second player to spawn anything tho for balance reasons

Q: Would you ever be willing to add something to low tier such as maybe a scout plane for the allies and a V-1 bomb for germany and italy, and perhaps a kamikaze plane for japan that would work like a combat drone where you could spawn it in the middle of a match? (if you choose my comment you don’t have to read this but to everyone else, the scout plane will work exactly like scout drones but instead a plane, you could perhaps instead add this as an upgrade rather than a spawnable for light vehicles, the V-1 will be launched from a base similar to helis and once it hits the ground it’ll maybe have the force of perhaps a 750lb bomb. the kamikaze plane will be fitted with guns and bombs still, but it’ll leave flames on the ground that can destroy light targets if they are open topped, and maybe a small blast radius similar to a 250lb bomb.) if you would add this it would be a great feature imo.

Can we expect better surface to air defenses in Air RB to disincentivize flying on the deck? This seems necessary seeing as BVR engagements are becoming extremely rare.
Know what'd fix that? nerfing the everloving hell out of the R27s, seriously just make ALL radar AAMs limited to mach 4 so it isn't just Vikhirs vs Hellfires in PvP again where the R27 will literally hit first if fired second... seriously, why would an American missile carrier climb at 12.3 when if you do, EVEN IF YOU LOCK FIRST AND FIRE FIRST, the Russians will just lock and return fire without even bothering to notch or evade as they know they'll be able to kill you with impunity... even if it's 5-10 seconds after you fire as their missile goes 50% faster than your garbage Aim-7 does (while pulling 10G more))
