CBN FOR THE SQUAREJIG

This is a short video of the SquareJig in use with a CBN wheel. Cubic Boron Nitride wheels will hold their shape for a very long time. This eliminates the need to profile an aluminum oxide wheel. Coming soon.

Did you ever figure out if this works on the other oregon grinders like the 620?

The hydraulic clamp was the only issue with the 620. The 520 works but I like the lighter springs on the Oregon 410 and Tecomec Jolly Evo.

@squarejig ah. The issue was probably that little raise to the chain it does right at the end. It's a little inconsistent.

Does the squarejig work with the oregon 410-230? I think the 120/230 refers to operating voltage which is 230 in the uk but I’m not 100% sure

Exactly. 120 is the voltage. The 410-230 is the EU version. Same grinder with 230v motor/plug
