Thank you I've gone grey trying to figure this out. it's not quite what I need to do but it almost is I need a column next to the date that will change to orange when it three months out and a second column that changes to blue when it is two weeks out and a third column that goes black when it has expired. The black one I have done. but I've been stuck on the other two until you explained it in a way that is simple to understand. Thanks again

How can I create a training metrix that highlights with in 60 yellow and 30 days red? For a yearly tracker, I am in the Army and I have to track many trainings for 20 Soldiers.

I would need to see what you're experiencing. This formula has been around a long time, so there should not be any trouble.
