Thank you very much for this. I’d also be interested to know how to share Power Query functions, imagining the following scenario: you are the only one who knows power query and need to try to drag and entire organization into more modern work practices; the users at first are only willing to press 1 button at most. Videos on this sort collaborative environment are much appreciated. Thank you.
Thank you for your comments. The final example showcasing Monkey Tools can help with sharing Power Query functions, though collaboration with others in an organisation is more difficult with that approach. I feel your pain in bringing people into modern work practises.
This is really helpful. Curious why Microsoft doesn't have a native feature similar to the github / biblo monkey. It would be amazing to share my custom formlers automatically with all my excels and coworkers.
This is helpful, but I do have two questions re: Github sharing.... 1. Some of the lambdas I have written exceed name manager's character limit, so they only show up correctly in Excel Labs, so how do I put that into github since I cannot copy and paste directly from name manager? 2. Is there a way to export all lambdas in Excel Labs at once?
Unfortunately, steps 2 and 3 are not possible for me at work; Excel add-in Store is disabled. Microsoft really needs to set up a way to simply integrate saved LAMBDAs in Teams or 365 for Enterprise, imo!
Wonderful ! It was very helpful.
Thank you 😊
Thank you for this video. I appreciated the GitHub method you shared. Great work!
