    Hi Trish, thanks for this video. I'm a neurofeedback practitioner from Australia and have had psoriasis/psoriatic arthritis for more than 30 years. In my case I believe it was initially triggered by a mosquito borne virus (Ross River Virus) but I wasn't listened to at the time. I really appreciate neurofeedback's capacity to switch on a parasympathetic response to deal with underlying stress. The thing that helped me the most, however, was dealing with the associated bugs in the gut via a low dose of minocycline and removing the sugars and simple carbs that they feed on from my diet. That has resulted in not needing prescription anti-inflammatory medication for the past 18 years now. 🙂
