Condos have picked up from a slump earlier this year with days on market declining and list price to sale getting closer to 100%. The absorption rate still shows a sellers market, but not as strong as a few years ago and thus, there is a 96% list to sales price for single family homes.

Please tell the transplants to Completely STOP at the 3-way stop signs right there on Alii Drive and RoyalPoinciana Drive. Most of them never stop or pause then Go. Very dangerous.

Increasing prices can only last so long in any market.
Eventually, the market corrects itself.
It will happen in Hawaii as well. Time will tell, when it happens.
