More important for Occupational Therapy and Hemiplagic patients which r more prominent and treated by Neuro Ergonomists then any other profession
With VT, MVF OT/Ergonomists Treat patients which can't be cute by any other one

Yes we can but only till the limb is flaccid.
A spastic limb when placed that way would result in further exaggeration of stretch reflex and thereby further increase in tone.

Sir I have one question. As you know that after stroke scapula gets protracted due to tight pectoralis minor....so why did you said that scapula/shoulder will be in backward postion while the patient is in supine line?....you the shoulder will remain in backward position in supine lying as the pectoralis minor muscle gets tight ....thank you
the positioning has a very minimal impact on the overall outcome so it doesnt matter at the end. Its more vital how he moves rather than he rests.
Its good to have different schools of thought.
I believe both are important till the first 4 weeks of stroke onset.
Once the patient's motor control start improving then positioning is no longer required as you correctly mentioned.
True I agree but I tried answering to the question regarding pectoralis minor. I feel that specific muscle doesn't have much role in quality of movement.
But I have a different idea regarding positioning sir. Not to offend you sir, as we both have good motive, but in my experience and knowledge through motor control I feel any passive action will not influence voluntary control. Please discuss.
Any passive motion/ positioning will not improve voluntary control.

@@sairamphysioacademy4858 sorry to interrupt but as far as my knowledge and practice is concern, therapist give vigorous passive movement to generate motor respons in flaccid hemiplegic... One of the protocol reach to max spasticity..
