This video actually scares me a bit tbh. Everything you mentioned are things that I've nearly found myself doing in several occasions, but my morals and conscience never let me. As a kid I never really thought of it as being manipulative, I thought I was just good at responding according to my understanding of people, but after watching this I'm very sure that it was definitely toxic manipulative behaviors that I was showing as a kid and though I have many regrets from things I did, I believe the guilt of the past is what acts a barrier that stops me from repeating those same actions now that I'm older
