+mikayla owens - I saw an article in the Philly newspapers several years ago about Elena's relationship with Lizzie. Since then, I've tried to follow Elena as best I can. Appreciating and respecting an athlete has much more to do with what happens off the court, and outside the lines.

Its rare to see someone so beautiful and be so talented and intelligent at the same time. Elena is truly a beauty to watch on and off the court and I'm so glad that someone like her came out to be the person she is today. Her story is touching, its amazing. It should be inspirational for many other people. I wish her nothing but the best of the best. It's going to be great to see what she will be like at the end of her career as a woman and as a basketball player.
