Note: I had day 7 finished and done, but ended up having to go back and redo it because I noticed that a pretty important quest (fishing unlock) didn't trigger properly. Just for full disclosure.
Bonus Tip: If you get bad RNG (random number dictating outcome) selling your stuff at the market, reload your day and try again! I tested... the lowest amount I sold was ~$400, then in this video I made well over $2000!
