I wonder if the speeds you have selected are limited by the mechanical parts of the laser so it is maybe traveling slower than it should - and therefore increasing the kerf in that section? I would reach out to your laser supplier. When you make a box it should travel the same speed on the x and y !
I have the same problem, that some measures are respected and others are smaller and others are large, the strange thing is that the laser is new. will they be parameters ??
Is it normal to have a bigger kerf in one axes? My x kerf is twice as large or more than my y kerf. Trying to find the best way to compensate for it.
