Some people don’t understand that there’s different styles of makeup that you can do for an everyday basis. I always make my bed every morning! It sets the foundation for my day. I also meditate and do affirmations. I work in the health field so dressing up and looking cute for work doesn’t always work in my favor however I never leave the house without earrings! I feel so naked without them.

Girl ur skin is nice as hell I have nothing against makeup I use it but if u have great skin I think it’s so nice to see it without face makeup like foundation/concealer. Try a prescription .025 retinol to slough off the top layer for brighter look or if ur trying to even out blemish scars but when I see skin like urs without foundation/concealer it is so refreshingly pretty!!

A man at Walmart told me I was refreshing. I asked why. He said because I was put together and not wearing house shoes and a bonnet. I said I would never! I’m a grown woman, and my grandmother would roll around in her grave. I appreciated his compliment but shocked that had it to be said. Even at Walmart at 7am I have on jeans, Nikes a cute jacket, earrings, my wedding rings and some mascara (no makeup needed due to mask). My hair is combed (even if a bun or ponytail). Sure enough I saw bonnets and house shoes. In my opinion that’s lazy and tacky. It takes 10 min or less to pull yourself together. I do it for me first as a reflection of who I am and then as a reflection of the wife I am.
As women, we need to fix our mindset. To become more feminine, we need to put aside the masculine things we really shouldn't be doing, and focus on our rile as women. It all starts with mindset.
