I love the idea of having a main protein with rice, and lots of vegetable side dishes. I have some issues eating a big bowl with lots of ingredients, so being able to pick what you want to eat feels nice

I would need a whole cabinet to store all the tiny dishes and chopstick rests that I would have to have. So adorable and tempting. A good thing about cooking with steam is it does not carry flavours like boiling or stir frying things together.
