Why does it say website cant be reached for arwibon. My issue is it charges great if u tilt it on its kick stand and give power it will run for 45min but when u get on it and ride after about 1 min it completly shuts down. And then u have to wait 5 min for it to come back on but then u try rideing and it yep dies harder. Help please

Arwibon Q30 display indicates "handlebar failure" what does this mean? I don't know what part that is talking about.
